When will the request reach me?

Orders are processed after confirmation by our team.
Shipping is handled by local delivery partners across Morocco and usually takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on the city and the delivery agent in charge.

Is there cash on delivery?

Yes. UNSEEN offers cash on delivery all over Morocco.
You can pay for your order when it arrives at your address. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delivery delays.

Is there a delivery outside the country?

At present, the shipping companies we work with deliver only
Delivery is available in most cities listed on the delivery page.

For international delivery requests, you may contact the store team via WhatsApp and provide product details (weight and quantity). We will check availability with external freight forwarders.

If I have a product with a manufacturing defect?

You must read the Return & Exchange Policy to know the conditions.
In case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned or exchanged after approval.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the return policy.
The product value is handled based on the conditions stated in the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?

For large quantity orders, UNSEEN offers special conditions.
Discounts may range between 10% and 20% on selected products.
